• The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Cypress Bend 

( 23Feb93) are in book 3269, page(s) 1684-1707.
 
• And lastly, the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Cypress Bend, Article 5, ( 5Dec00) are in book 4261, page(s) 0373 -0381.

Follow these steps for each document 

• Select "Public Records" from the top menu and choose "Official Records Management"

 
• Click "Enter Official Records" at the bottom of the page. A pop-up window will appear for public access, click "Login" button. 

 
• Select "Search by OR Book and Page" and then "Submit Choice". 

 
• Enter Book# (ex. 4261), Page# (ex. 0373). The results are a page by page version of the declaration. They are in "TIF" format which may or may not be viewable on your particular computer.
